Terms & Conditions

By accessing this website or booking an event at Knotting Hill, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Reservations

All event bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a signed contract and required booking fee have been received. Verbal or tentative holds do not guarantee availability.

2. Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date.

  • All events will have a monthly payment

  • Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.

  • Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellations & Date Changes

  • Booking fee are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If cancellation occurs you only get 20% back minus booking fee

  • Date changes are not allowed. 

4. Guest Count & Event Timing

  • Final guest count must be submitted no later than 14 days before the event.

  • Events must begin and end at the times stated in your contract.

  • Overtime usage may result in additional fees.

5. Use of Venue & Property

  • The venue must be used only for the purpose stated in the booking agreement.

  • Any damage to property, décor, furnishings, or grounds caused by guests, vendors, or clients will be the financial responsibility of the booking party.

  • Decorations must be approved in advance. Confetti, glitter, open flames, or other restricted items may be prohibited.

  • All decor is borrowed.  All decor must be accounted for at the end of your event.  

6. Vendors

  • All vendors must comply with venue policies and local laws.

  • Knotting Hill reserves the right to deny access to any vendor who fails to meet venue requirements, including insurance or licensing.

7. Alcohol & Catering

  • Alcohol service must comply with local laws and venue policies.

  • All alcohol, beer, wine must be served by a certfied bartender at all times. 

  • The venue reserves the right to stop alcohol service if safety concerns arise.

8. Liability & Indemnification

Knotting Hill is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during events. The booking party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the venue, its owners, and staff from any claims arising from the event.

9. Force Majeure

The venue shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, electrical grid failing from excel energy, or emergencies. Refunds or rescheduling will be handled at the venue’s discretion.

10. Photography & Media

The venue may use photographs or videos taken during events for promotional purposes unless the client submits a written opt-out request prior to the event.

11. Website Use

All content on this website, including images and text, is the property of The Knotting Hill and haven Ranch, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Texas, Randall County

13. Changes to Terms

The Knotting Hill and Haven Ranch, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or venue services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Terms and conditions when you check out on the Knotting Hill decor store

By clicking the policy agreement checkbox, you agree to the following

All decor must be returned at the end of the night

You are financially liable for all decor pieces

You are financially liable for all tablecloths returning to the same condidtion you recieved them

No real candles inside or outside of knotting hill decor

You cannot have any animals or pets at the venue.  If you have an ESA dog you have to notify the venue before arrival. 

You can only do sparklers outside the double doors going to pergola, or double doors going out the new addition

You will not get out any extra tables or chairs

You will not put up any extra tables or chairs

The tables and chairs layout you choose on the decor store is what will be provided.

Choose decor carefully. What you choose will stay out. We will not get anything out or put anything up.

No taping, nailing, screwing anything into any decor

Bride and groom must stay till the end of the night to ensure all decor has been returned

You will not cut any fake flower stems or alter fake flowers in any way

You will not add anything to our premade flower swags

All decor that goes outside will be picked up no later than one hour after ceremony, or if there is bad weather

You can not put any knotting hill decor outside the day before your wedding

At the end of the night if any of your guests start to collect any decor or start cleaning up, we will start gathering decor that belongs to us.
